Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our scheduling policy.
24-Hour Notice Required
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Late Cancellation / No-Show Fee
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice will incur a $37.50 fee.
Missed Appointments
Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations may affect eligibility for future scheduling.
Card on File Requirement
A valid card is required to book and will be charged in accordance with this policy.
Grace Period
A 10–15 minute grace period is allowed. After that, the appointment may be considered a missed visit and subject to the fee.
Emergency Clause
We understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions may be made at our discretion.
Late Arrival Policy
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the next client's time.
How to Cancel
Please contact us directly to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Preferred cancellation methods will be confirmed during onboarding.
